You need a team

At the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards, I was invited to the national dinner as a regional winner. One of the winners that night gave the worst acceptance speech. He just took 100% of the credit for his success and may as well have said “F U” to his team. I was shocked. No one’s success is solely in their own hands. You need the right team…
